Sycamore isn’t your average social media management tool. We took all the things we liked about programs we had used and all the things we didn’t and created a brand new way of creating and scheduling your content.

Creating Content

Your first step when using Sycamore Social is to create your content! Think of the content library as your arsenal of beautifully executed, on brand messages that you want to share with your audience. You can pull in content from RSS feeds, create your own posts, or even search for content that might be relevant to you! You can even tailor every post’s captions to fit each platform without having to duplicate the post. Our content creator has so many incredible features that will be a game changer for your social media strategy!

Scheduling Content

Once you’ve created content you’ll want to schedule it out, and we have several incredible ways of doing that as well! One incredibly easy way to schedule your posts is to simply drag and drop onto the calendar. It’s as easy as that! On top of the drag and drop option we also have what we call “schedules” where you choose what days and times you want a certain type of content to go out, fill your queue with appropriate posts, and then let it run! It does the work for you and saves you a ton of time.

Monitoring Your Success

After your content goes out, you’ll want to keep an eye on it so you can leverage your voice and quantify your activity. Our social inbox allows you to view, like, and respond to comments left on your posts. These interactions are huge in building a rapport with your audience. On top of that, our analytics and reports help you to see how your content is performing, who is seeing your content, and what tweaks could be made to take your content to the next level!
